We provide top-notch benefit consulting services with fair pricing; our size makes us large enough to be a full-service provider while allowing us to remain nimble enough to avoid the significant priced-in overhead associated with larger consulting firms.

Our firm was originally founded as Richard F. Camus & Associates, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Camus & Associates provided actuarial consulting services to benefit plans starting in 1971. The business consolidated in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1989, and we have been providing consulting services from that home office ever since.

Osborn, Carreiro & Associates is now the largest independent actuarial consulting firm in Arkansas, with four credentialed actuaries on staff. Our consultants include members of both the Society of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society; each of our actuaries is also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Three of our professionals are Enrolled Actuaries under ERISA, two are Fellows of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and one holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. We also have exceptional, experienced staff who specialize in pension plan administration. Our firm is solely a fee-for-service enterprise. We do not sell investment products, and we do not accept commissions.
