Mr. Watts joined Osborn, Carreiro & Associates in 2010.  He received an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University in 2009 and an M.B.A. from Smartly in 2018.  He is a Chartered Financial Analyst®, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary under ERISA, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.  


Mr. Watts specializes in public plans and financial modeling; he also provides administrative consulting services to some of our clients.    


​Mr. Watts is an avid sports fan and trivia buff.  He has volunteered in Little Rock Public Schools over the years, contributing to coaching/preparation for math and quiz bowl competitions.  Mr. Watts enjoys reading and taking online courses in his free time - he's currently very interested in machine learning applications.
